PURCHASING EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTS

You can either order directly from our online store, email us with your order or call us. Our line is open from 08h30 to 15h00 (UTC + 2) from Monday to Friday.

Option 1 –  Shop online then pay using Internet banking with the ease and speed of a credit card (Visa and MasterCard), internet banking or Ukash with secure payments by PayFast.

Option 2 – You can add products to cart but choose Bank Deposit option / Standard EFT or SnapScan. SnapScan will require you to scan the QR Barcode using the SnapScan app that you load onto your smartphone.

Option 3 – If you would like to email us instead, we can take an order via email and send you an electronic invoice. Payment can then be done as a standard EFT / Deposit into our account / SnapScan for Mastercard & Visa.

Distribution takes place from Vyf Brakke Fonteine, Mossel Bay in the Western Cape South Africa.

If you live in the South Africa, generally 1-2 business days from the date your payment clears for all products. If you live in UK or abroad it will take 7-12 business days for parts, supplies, inks, permanent makeup kits and tattoo machines.

You will receive a tracking email or SMS within 24 hours of shipping. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder as the email sometimes gets blocked by email filters. For online tracking click on Track my parcel or visit BERCO ARAMEX
